The RC (Reverse Circulation) rig is a new type of high-efficiency, eco-friendly, and multifunctional crawler-mounted drilling rig. It utilizes double-walled drill rods to discharge cuttings through the inner tube into a cyclone collector, making it suitable for sampling and analysis in geological exploration. Capable of performing compressed-air reverse circulation DTH (Down-The-Hole) drilling across various strata, the rig operates via a fully hydraulic system—controlling mast lifting and compensation, rod handling, rotation and feed, outriggers, winching, and tramming. This design significantly reduces labor intensity while enhancing operational efficiency and project quality.
