Built for continuous coring in remote terrain, the EX600 -1600 crawler-mounted rigs combine a low-emission electronic engine with high-pressure common rail injection (Yuchai / Weichai / Cummins, 92–153 kW) and a purpose-designed gearbox power head driven by piston motors with automatic speed regulation — 1,200 rpm, 1,800–2,200 Nm at normal speed and up to 4,800 Nm in low gear, keeping torque strong even at high rotation. Slide-type box feed beam, hydraulic leveling legs and a telescopic mast (up to 8.8 m) get the rig on the hole fast, while the wireline winch takes 1,200 m of 6 mm rope at 140 m/min and a pressure-loss protection rod holder speeds up rod handling. Wireless remote-controlled crawler tracks let the operator reposition the rig from a safe distance, and the LCD controller tracks engine parameters, alarms and fault codes in real time. Rated depth up to 1,300 m (B) / 1,050 m (N) — theoretical, depending on ground conditions and drilling method.
